TOS

What you can do:
1.Redesign the character later on
2.Use the character in a series (comic,animated,ect)
BUT you cannot make merch without commercial use rights
3.Stream with a png or vtuber model of said adopt ( with commercial rights)
4.color,trace or redraw the character ( still with credit)
5.Give the character away/trade (Unless it is a model adopt, then you have to ask me first)What you cant do:
1. resell the character
2.trace adopts to make new adopts
3.use character to represent problematic things ( incest,pedophilia,sexual abuse)When will a character be reclaimed/taken back?
1. When TOS is broken
2. if you are found to be the following:
-proshipper
-MAGA/trump supporter
-transphobic/racist
-Zoophile
-rapist
-pedophile
-ripper
-ripped avatars are found on your profile ( that are clearly from rippers or there are more than 2)
In other words just be a decent person pleaseModel adopt specific:
1. You may use the model to pose, animate and trace/ use as reference for your oc.2.Never claim the model as your own ( as in made by you) and always credit me when posting it somewhere or reuploading it with changes.3. Please do not use ripped assets on the modelI have the right to reclaim characters and possibly resell them if you have broken my TOS.

Commercial rights

2d adopt comercial rights:
-You will be allowed to use the character as a vtuber/pngtuber (paid content)
-You are allowed to use this character in series or content you are making money off of
-You are allowed to resell the character (with credit)
Model adopt specific Commercial rights:
-You are allowed to resell the adopt/model with credit to me ( if you do not include credit it will be considered breaking TOS)
-Use model in p2u content
(streaming,comms,series,ect)
